We are hiring an entry to intermediate level horticulturist at Como Zoo and Conservatory.

Here's what you can expect to do: Perform work involving the production and cultivation of the botanical collections and displays of greenhouse plants.

Perform plant data collection.

Assist in specialized, continuous care and display of assigned permanent collections or installations, floriculture or ornamental horticulture under glass.

Follow horticulture industry standard safety practices involving ergonomics, equipment, and personal protection equipment.

May train and lead the work of volunteers, interns, and other staff to ensure quality plant maintenance, function and display.
