The City of Saint Paul's Department of Public Works is looking for an energetic, forward-thinking professional to lead the Street Design and Engineering Division. This position leads and oversees all engineering, design, and construction project management efforts throughout Saint Paul. This position has total budgetary preparation and compliance accountability for an operating budget of approximately $3.8 million and a capital budget of approximately $39 million in 2023. Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and eight years of professional engineering experience, at least three years of which must have been as a Civil Engineer III or equivalent in engineering fields utilized in the Public Works Department. No substitution for education.

Must be registered as a professional engineer in the State of Minnesota.

May require a valid Minnesota Class D Driver's License, or equivalent out-of-state driver's license.
